Hi, I’m Andrew.
I’ve loved real estate for as long as I can remember. I was first exposed to this industry at an early age - I grew up in McPherson, KS where I lived in nine different houses in 18 years. Of those nine houses, four of them were custom new builds and the other five were fixer-uppers so I’ve been around the building, improving, buying, and selling of real estate for most of my life. My grandfather was a builder and my parents really enjoyed designing and building houses - and it seems my three sisters and I have the same passion for it as well.
I went to the University of Kansas and looked for a path that would help me get a steady job but the thought of making real estate my career always lingered in the back of my mind. After five years, I had my Liberal Arts degree (with minors in Communication and Business, for good measure) in-hand and I went to cut my teeth in the sales business. I started with selling leads to contractors over the phone and then moved to hustlin’ copiers door-to-door in B2B sales. I learned a lot in that year and a half and gained the confidence I needed to jump into the chaotic world of real estate.
I have now been in the industry for over seven years and in that short time, I’ve found some successes and lots of failures which have armed me with the scars and knowledge I need to do great work for my clients. I’ve learned the do’s and don’ts, what works and what doesn’t, and how to best position people to achieve their real estate goals.
My wife, Marisa, our two kids, Kinley and Beckham, our dogs, Sampson and Ada, and I all live in a home we built in Central Park, a neighborhood in Bel Aire where I serve as the on-site REALTOR®.
I have a unique perspective on real estate and aim to give every client a tailor-made experience to make sure you find or create your ideal home. I’m here to help with every decision, big and small, and will work tirelessly to pursue what is in your best interest - I live for this stuff!
I would value the opportunity to put my passion to work for you.
