How do we create the home of your dreams? Good question! To keep it simple, we can help you build a brand new home or remodel a home through Andrew’s company, ReDesign Studios. Either way, the goal is to get you into a home that meets all of your wants and needs (and fits within your budget).
Building a new home
Andrew is the on-site REALTOR® for the Central Park neighborhood in Bel Aire, KS. And by on-site, we mean he lives in the neighborhood! Central Park is a ReDesign Studios development. Remodeling a home
“You mean like one of those HGTV shows?” YES! But without the cameras in your face. Sometimes it’s difficult to see past a home’s outdated features or dysfunctional floor plan but this is what we live for! We believe that every home has the potential to be great and all it takes is a vision and some planning, which are our specialties. With the help of ReDesign Studios and Banister Design, we can give a home a new life by making it work for you and your family.
Andrew has a true passion for creating homes. Over the past seven years, he has been fortunate enough to be involved in many residential projects, from custom new builds to custom remodels.
Our scars remind us that customization is never easy but the experiences and memories we stand to create as a result of customization-done-right, remind us that it’s always worth it.
